Executive – Production Planning and Inventory Control (PPIC)
Vasai, Virar (Mumbai)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • 2 – 5 years experience in production planning and inventory control, in food manufacturing company
  • Production Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive production plans to meet customer demand while optimizing resources and minimizing lead times.
  • Inventory Control: Manage inventory levels to ensure optimal balance between meeting customer demand and minimizing excess or obsolete stock.
  • Demand Forecasting: Utilize historical data, market trends, and customer forecasts to generate accurate demand forecasts.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements in production planning and inventory control to enhance efficiency.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Ensure effective communication and collaboration across departments to ensure alignment on production plans and inventory strategies.
Regional Key Account Manager – B2B Sales
Delhi NCR (North India Region)
  • 10-12 yrs of Experience in handling sales of RTE/RTC/Food Products in North India
  • Should have handled Institutional Customers like supplies to HORECA, QSR, Private Label Companies, etc.
  • Candidates from Processed Food Products / FMCG industry would be preferred.
  • Develop Key Accounts in the assigned region and achieve the Sales target assigned to him/her.
  • Sales through Dealer & Distributor Sales Network

Regional Key Account Manager – B2B Sales
Mumbai (West India Region)
  • 10-12 yrs of Experience in handling sales of RTE/RTC/Food Products in West India
  • Should have handled Institutional Customers like supplies to HORECA, QSR, Private Label Companies, etc.
  • Candidates from Processed Food Products / FMCG industry would be preferred.

Microbiologist
Vasai, Virar (Mumbai)
  • B.Sc./ M.Sc. (Microbiology)
  • 3 – 5 years of experience in Food Industry/ Food Testing Laboratory as Microbiologist.
  • Familiarity with all Microbial testing methods.
  • Expertise in Microbial Testing of Food Products.
  • To conduct Microbiological analysis as per sampling plan & Final Products etc.
  • Responsible to validate of Environment and Product contact surfaces and hand swabs & check Microbial count.
  • Conduct shelf life study for all the products and document the findings.
  • Carry out daily plant hygiene audit & responsible for external audits.
  • Responsible to provide training and education to food processing personnel for food safety and hygiene
